Paolo De Bonis received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Turin Technical University in 2008 and he joined the firm in the same year. His experience includes periods of residence with leading US firms specializing in intellectual property law and covers drafting and prosecution of patent applications as well as patent search. His main areas of expertise include mechanical and automotive engineering, internal combustion engines, medical and biomedical devices, cardiac prostheses, instruments for heart surgery, automated machines, hydraulic systems and railway vehicles.
Admitted to practice as Patent Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office as well as the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), registered for representation before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator, Paolo De Bonis is fluent in English, with knowledge of French.
