Mauro Marchitelli received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Turin Technical University in 1986 and, being active in private practice since 1988, has achieved an extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property law. He has been a speaker and lecturer on intellectual property law topics, his main areas of expertise being: machines and systems for manufacturing absorbent sanitary products, components for the automotive industry, injection systems, packaging machinery, agricultural machines, machines for manufacturing cigarettes, lighting systems.

Admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office as well as the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), Mr. Marchitelli is fluent in English, with knowledge of German and French.
