Livia Pasqualigo received her degree in Political Sciences (International Law) from the Turin University in 1988 and has been practicing intellectual property since 1989. Her main areas of expertise are trademarks, copyright, litigation and contract matters related to Intellectual Property, as well as domain name issues and ICANN proceedings

Admitted to practice as Trademark Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the OHIM (Community Trademarks and Designs Office) as well as the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), Ms. Pasqualigo is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
