Mauro Marchitelli received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Turin Technical University in 1986 and, being active in private practice since 1988, has achieved an extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property law. He has been a speaker and lecturer on intellectual property law topics, his main areas of expertise being air conditioning systems and related components, electrical and electronic components for the automotive industry, textile machinery, laser machining technology, packaging machinery and agricultural machines.

Admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office as well as the OHIM (Community Trademarks and Designs Office) and a member of AIPPI, Mr. Marchitelli is fluent in Italian and English, with knowledge of German and French.
