Luciano Bosotti received his degree in Electronic
Engineering from the Turin Technical University in
1976. The recipient of patents himself, he began his
career in the area of intellectual property as a corporate
patent attorney and has been active for about 25 years
in private practice. His experience covers all areas
of intellectual property law, including litigation,
prosecution and client counseling. He has been a frequent
speaker, lecturer and writer on intellectual property
law topics. His main areas of expertise are information
and media technology, telecommunications, computers,
software-related inventions, semiconductor devices,
medical and biomedical devices, sanitary products,
rubber and plastics materials, food-related technology
and automated packaging machinery.
Admitted to practice before the Italian
Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office
as well as the OHIM (Community Trademarks and Designs
Office) and a member of the Executive Committee of
the Italian Group of AIPPI as well as of AIPPI and
FICPI, Mr. Bosotti is fluent in Italian, English,
German and French. |
