Enrico Antonielli d’Oulx received
his degree in Law from the Turin University in 1982
and has been practicing intellectual property since
1983. His main areas of expertise are trademarks,
copyright, litigation and contract matters related
to intellectual property, as well as domain name
issues and ICANN proceedings. In the past he promoted
and joined anticounterfeiting actions under the
aegis of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
in Far East and South American countries.
Admitted to practice as Trademark Attorney before
the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the OHIM
(Community Trademarks and Designs Office) as well
as the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
and a member of INTA, AIPPI, ECTA and LES Italy,
Mr. Antonielli d'Oulx is fluent in Italian, English
and French with knowledge of Spanish.
